All mould component including 2 times ejectorsare made with Hassco standard.Available standard is DME,Meusburger and Chinese standard.
The material of guide and busher are bearing steel with hardness HRC60.The ejector pin material is SKD61 with hardness HRC60.
The mould is working on 200grams(130T) injection and circle time is 30seconds.
The injection gate is tunnel gate and work with automatic.The part drop with free and the injection gate cut with automatic.
The plastic component is is used for automotive operation panel.
The cooling medium is water and cooling nut is Hassco cooling nut.
The plastic component surface is EDM(VDI3400 33) and Available surface is hight gloss polish.
